• We COMMUNICATE those Program requirements to the entire design and construction TEAM to ensure the Client’s Program is fully expedited in an economical manner and done so within the prescribed schedule.
• We have continued to REFINE our Programming and Design Services to better understand each of the projects
• We assist with all of the Client’s needs for the necessary material for seeking FINANCING and/or zoning compliance. Our real estate development experience assists all clients as we evaluate the feasibility of their specific site and project requirements.
• We PERFORM our services with “hands-on” involvement and commitment resulting in various client’s that have requested us to provide new phases for their projects and the referrals which constitute approximately 80+ % of our business.
• We have numerous SATISFIED Clients’ for whom we have provided an ambiance that has brought to the work place, place of worship or living environment; a unique environment that enhances the efficiencies and opportunities of the end users.

As we commence our 32nd year as Architects practicing in Dallas we want to let you know that our design, services andquality control is continually improving to allow us to continue to exceed our clients expectations.
